01 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GDPR STEPWISE™ programme and website operated by Structured PM Ltd ("we", "us", "our") at www.structured-pm.co.uk.
By purchasing or accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Structured PM Ltd. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
02 Our Services
GDPR STEPWISE™ is a structured compliance programme for SMEs and growing businesses seeking to achieve and maintain UK GDPR compliance. Our services include:
- Self-Serve: Access to our step-by-step compliance templates, workbooks, and guidance documents for independent completion.
- Guided: All self-serve materials plus scheduled review sessions and expert feedback from a Structured PM consultant.
- Bespoke: A fully tailored engagement including custom documentation, dedicated consultant time, and implementation support.
Each tier is available as a Full Programme (all 10 steps) or as individual Single Step purchases. Deliverables for each step are described on our website and provided within your compliance dashboard upon payment confirmation.
03 Eligibility
To purchase our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be acting on behalf of a business, organisation, or as a sole trader (our services are B2B in nature).
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your organisation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any purchase at our discretion.
04 Payment & Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Current pricing is:
- Self-Serve Full Programme: £1,500
- Self-Serve Single Step: £297 per step
- Guided Full Programme: £4,500
- Guided Single Step: £500 per step
- Bespoke Full Programme: £8,500
- Bespoke Single Step: £950 per step
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. By completing payment, you authorise the charge to your chosen payment method. We do not store payment card details.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
05 Refund Policy
Given the digital and consultative nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:
- Full Programme purchases: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded more than one step's worth of deliverables.
- Single Step purchases: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the step deliverables have not been downloaded or the dashboard session has not commenced.
- Guided and Bespoke tiers: Once a scheduled consultation or review session has taken place, that session is non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us at info@structured-pm.com with your order reference. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
06 Access & Accounts
Upon successful payment, an account will be created for you on our platform. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at info@structured-pm.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Access to purchased steps is granted to the individual account registered at checkout. Sharing login credentials or redistributing materials to third parties is not permitted.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
07 Intellectual Property
All content, templates, workbooks, frameworks, and materials provided through GDPR STEPWISE™ are the intellectual property of Structured PM Ltd and are protected by UK copyright law.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for the internal compliance purposes of your own organisation. You may not:
- Resell, sublicence, or redistribute our materials to any third party.
- Use our materials to create competing products or services.
- Remove any branding, copyright notices, or attribution from our documents.
- Share login access with individuals outside your registered organisation.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Structured PM Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
- Any regulatory penalties, fines, or enforcement actions taken against your organisation by the ICO or any other authority.
- Losses arising from your failure to implement our guidance correctly or completely.
- Third-party service interruptions (including PayPal, Supabase, or hosting providers).
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

GDPR STEPWISE™ provides practical compliance tools, templates, and guidance. It does not constitute legal advice. We are not a law firm and our consultants are not solicitors.
While our programme is designed to help you work towards UK GDPR compliance, we cannot guarantee that completion of the programme will result in full regulatory compliance or that you will avoid enforcement action by the ICO.
For specific legal advice regarding your organisation's data protection obligations, we recommend consulting a qualified data protection solicitor or a registered Data Protection Officer (DPO).
10 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you:
- Breach any of these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behaviour.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our platform or materials.
In the event of termination due to your breach, no refund will be issued. You may request termination of your account at any time by contacting info@structured-pm.com.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
